Pre-Ordering

1. Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurement of the item before order.
2. Products color on the photo may slightly vary from actual product due to its naturality. And, colors may vary from computer screen to computer screen.
3. You may make note in the order form for your preferred color, we will try to arrange for you while stock last. If your desire color is out of stock, we will randomly distribute for you without further notice.

Payment Policy

1. To pay, you may transfer the amount to us by Manual Fund Transfer or Online Payment.
2. After Payment, buyers may inform us via Email by addressing the order number, Bank Account Name, Payment time and the Payment Amount. For details, please refer to How to Order.

Delivery Policy

* Pos Laju Malaysia or Courier Service Company.

*Shipment time is approximately 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipping for Malaysia and Singapore orders.

*Shipment time is approximately 7 working days from the date of shipment for International orders.

*All Registered mail and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

*The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.

Goods Return Policy

1. We provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless it's dissatisfaction or defected item.
2. The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us.
3. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make the same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the Refund Voucher.
4. Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges is not included in the Refund Voucher.
5. Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing and quality card. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted
6. Each piece of our online merchandise item will be scan through our hand for quality inspection, and marked on with the quality of cards. This is due to that quality standards are very subjective; usually a small stain/spot, off-line, lint problem is not summed up as quality issues. If you would want to return, it will be summed up as the "unsatisfactory" category.
